Delivery

Thanks for ordering from us.

We aim to ship orders within 5 working days, however all clothing and headwear is made to order and so can take longer to be produced and shipped.  

We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases.  Orders for multiple items will be shipped together. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions about your order. Do not use social media for order enquiries, due to the volume of notifications these can be missed.

UK customers: 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

UK shipping is from £2.50 and free on orders over £50.

International customers:  All orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Tracked international shipping is from £9.50 and free on orders over £100. We are happy to provide tracking information if required, please e-mail to request. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties in the destination country.  This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advance as they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges. 

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any breakages or faults immediately.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please email us and we will advise. Please note at this point we will contact Royal Mail to begin a complaints procedure and will only reissue/refund after we have their confirmation. 

If your parcel tracking states the order has been delivered, we have to accept this as final and can not take responsibility for any missing item claims thereafter.
