Thanks for ordering from us. You’re in good hands we have shipped tens of thousands of orders to our customers.
Most products will be shipped within 5 business days, however all clothing is made to order and so can take up to 14 business days to be produced and shipped. Orders placed after Friday 10 am will not be processed until the following week.
We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases. Orders for multiple items will be shipped together. Please send us an e-mail if you have any questions about your order. Do not use social media for order enquiries, due to the volume of notifications these can be missed.
UK customers: All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 this is a first class traceable business service but does not provide a tracking number.
International customers: All orders are sent using a Royal Mail International Tracked service. We are happy to provide tracking information if required, please e-mail to request. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties in the destination country. This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advance as they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please email us and we will advise. Please note at this point we will contact Royal Mail to begin a complaints procedure and will only reissue/refund after we have their confirmation. As many of our items sell out quickly a refund may be the only option available at this point.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any breakages or faults immediately.
